Secure Storage

Here you log in to Citrix ShareFile and the Secure Storage service.

When logging in, you need to be verified with multifactor (MFA) via Freja eID or Microsoft Authenticator. To be able to log in with one of the links below, you must first have activated the service according to instructions on the Employee Portal (under Tools - Secure storage).

Conditions of use

By logging in to the Secure Storage service I agree to the following terms:

Not to copy data to, or process data on, computers or storage sites that do not meet the requirements for secure storage.
Not to share data in an unauthorised manner.
To make sure that data is only accessible with the use of secure authentication (MFA).
To report any suspicion of data leakage to the security function at the University of Gothenburg.
To store units in a safe manner. In case of loss of units, this must be reported directly to support@gu.se or phone +4631-786 2020.
Not to lend out units, change the unit or share the code to my unit with others.
To keep my mobile phone password protected.
To upon request, present or return the unit.
To at the termination of service, or at longer absences, immediately return receipted units.
To follow any instructions which may be issued.
